Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from aliora.au. Aliora is a small business run by Susan in Sydney, New South Wales (ABN 44 297 339 300).

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include postage within Australia.
• Payment is taken when you place your order.
• If we can’t fill your order (for example, if a batch has sold out), we’ll let you know and refund you in full.

Delivery

• We ship within Australia only.
• Orders leave within two business days. Metro delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, and regional areas a little longer.
• You’ll get a tracking number by email when your parcel ships.
• If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Returns

• Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, opened bottles can’t be returned for a change of mind.
• This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Using the product

• Aliora Herbal Hair Oil is a cosmetic for external use only.
• Please patch test 24 hours before first use, and read the cautions on the label before using.
• Not suitable for children under 6, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for people with epilepsy or high blood pressure. If in doubt, ask your doctor.
• Stop using it if irritation occurs.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
